A digital planner is similar to a paper-based planner, but offers far more flexibility. All you need to get started is an annotation app on either an iPad or Android tablet.

Our digital planners have clickable tabs – just like turning the pages of a paper planner, and there are hundreds of clickable links throughout to make it quick and easy to navigate through your planner. You can experiment with different fonts, colours and stickers to make your planner truly unique. Unlike a paper planner, it’s easy to erase/remove stickers notes and doodle whenever you need to.

Yes, you’ll need an annotation app such as GoodNote, Notability, Xodo etc.

1. A download button will be available as soon as your purchase is complete. Click on the download button and this will take you to a google drive where you can download your chosen item/s. You will also receive an email containing the download link – please check your spam folder if you have not received an email from us.
2. Save the planner wherever you would like, for example in your own Google drive, Dropbox, iCloud, your files folder etc.
3. Open your chosen app. Select the import (+) button and choose the planner file from wherever you saved it.

Most tablets and iPads will automatically unit your file when you click it. You can also download the file to a laptop/computer and double-click it to unzip the file into individual files.

Most annotation apps (GoodNotes, Notability etc) have a read/write button that allows you to switch between writing and clicking. To be able to navigate through the planner by clicking, ensure that you have the read-only button selected. Then unselect this button to write in your planner.

Stickers that are free with your planner are pre-cropped and ready to import into your chosen annotation app.

1. Download your stickers and save them into your device’s files app or your camera roll.
2. Open your annotation app and click the photo/insert button and choose the sticker you’s like to use. You can drag the sticker wherever you’d like.

Stickers that are purchased separately to the planner are available pre-cropped (see instructions above) and also as sticker sheets ready to import directly into GoodNotes. To use these sheets, follow the instructions for downloading and importing your planner.

We recommend using an iPad that is still receiving software updates from Apple, to ensure that your chosen annotation app is fully available an supported. For Android tablets, you simply need to check that your chosen annotation app is available and functioning fully on your device.

For Apple users, we recommend using GoodNotes. This is a free annotation app that you can later upgrade (paid) if you’d like to add multiple planners/notebooks.

For Android uses, we recommend Xodo.

Our planners are also compatible with other annotation apps, excluding OneNote.

We also recommend having a pencil/stylus for your iPad or tablet.

Any lags or glitches are unfortunately from within your chosen app. The digital planner is a simple document (PDF) and they therefore do not experience glitches or non-loading pages etc.

If you do have one of these issues, we recommend that you reach out to the app developers directly. We cannot provide app support.
